National Competition of young designers of clothes "Fashion Seasons - a look to the future" will take place in capital already in ninth time. The Competition will take place with support of the Main administration in questions of family and youth of Kyiv City State Administration. This activity covers all Ukraine and was founded in 2000. It is directed on finding young and gifted designers and, mainly, promoting the creative activities of young designers and their support by the society.
Participation in the Competition gives young designers the chance to demonstrate their creative potential to wide audience, professionals and press, to get financial support and possibility of collaboration with famous designers and trade marks - in other words to create their future.
It's necessary to remember that this Competition was the start for many very famous designers, such as: Andre Tan, Ksyusha Marchenko, Olena Oliynyk, Eduard Nasyrov, Viktoriya Chykulay, Tetyana Anikyeva, Olena Mukovnina, Olena Klochok, Yuriy Zhuykov, Oksana Timonina, Artem Klymchuk, Galeb Al-Maali, Olena Burenina and a lot of other bright names.
IХ Competition "Fashion Seasons - a look to the future" means bright collections, bright colors on the catwalk… Bright colors of the hair paint ТМ BRILLANCE - official partner of our Competition inspired young designers to create new bright appearances.
This year participants of Competition finale are the most gifted designers from seven Ukrainian cities. 25 of the best participants will show their collections in finale. Competent judges including main Ukrainian designers will estimate their talent:
Viktor Anisimov (member of the Expert committee of the Fashion Council of Ukraine), Olena Vorozhbit (member of the Expert committee of the Fashion Council of Ukraine), Oleksiy Zalevsky (member of the Expert committee of the Fashion Council of Ukraine), Tetyana Zemskova (member of the Expert committee of the Fashion Council of Ukraine) and Iryna Karavay.
The head of judges is Liliya Pustovit (Head of the Expert committee of the Fashion Council of Ukraine).
As always demonstration of collections will take place under the numbers, without telling authors names. Surnames of the designers who have created collections for the Competition will be opened only after judges will define winners.
Finalists of the Competition will get prestige rewards, which will help young designers in their professional development. Traditionally winners will get three official rewards and one special bonus reward.
Grandpre is from the official partner of the Competition РўРњ BRILLANCE. This year it is the possibility to stay in design studio, showroom and brand stores of famous designer from Germany Annette Gortz per week and to visit the factory, where collections of this designer are sewing.
Educational agency "DEK" and Hanze University Frank Mohr Institute will give second reward. Reward from "DEK" is free trip to the Netherlands for the study in Frank Mohr Institute (Groningen). One of the most popular programs of the Institute is the master training program of Fine Art Painting. This reward is the grate opportunity to receive unforgettable experience and new knowledge in the industry of fine art.
Third official reward. The winner of this reward will protect honor of the motherland abroad - represent Ukraine on International Competition "Russian silhouette" on summer 2009.
Special reward from the leading World Exhibition of Fabrics Premiere Vision
The winner will receive invitation to the PREMIERE VISION MOSCOU. In agenda of this exhibition are included such activities: participation in the opening of fabrics forum, handing of colored gamut Premiere Vision, visiting the seminar about fashion tendencies, meetings with exponents and specialists of Premiere Vision.
