To receive the badges for mass-media, which give the right to visit all events of Odessa Holiday Fashion Week on June, 26-29, 2009, including:


26.06.09.
17:00 – press-conference of Organizers
19:30 – shows of designer’s collections
21:00 – “7 NEBO” show

27.06.09.
16:30 – grand opening of the “Frederic Moreno” salon
19:00 – shows of designer’s collections
21:00 – shows of designer’s collections
22:30 – Frederic Moreno Party


28.06.09.
18:00 – Final of the Competition of Young Designers “Look to the Future”
21:00 – shows of designer’s collections
23:59 – Malibu Beach Party

You have to:
- receive the application for accreditation from the press-department of organizing committee of UFW by the address – 04070, Kyiv, Highway Naberezhne, 25, (Prymakova park) or download the application on our web-site – www.fashionweek.com.ua;

- fill all the points of the request, legibly write all contacts, sign it by the administration, put the seal and send it to the organizing committee of UFW by fax +38(044) 428 76 48;

- printed mass-media can get the accreditation for 1 journalist and 1 photographer;- for the representatives of television mass-media composition of group will be discussed additionally;

- phone to the press-department of the organizing committee of UFW (+38(044) 428 76 47) to receive the confirmation of accreditation;

- organizing committee has the right to refuse in the accreditation to Ukrainian Fashion Week, explaining the reason in the oral form;

- accreditation starts on June, 4, 2009 and finishes on June, 23, 2009.

ATTENTION!
* Accreditation for new printed mass-media will be discussed only after the passing the hard-copy of the edition and presentation (.ppt) to the mentioned e-mails of the press-department of the organizing committee.
** If there is necessity for extra badge Organizing Committee will discuss this case additionally.
