TERMS OF THE ACCREDITATION FOR REPRESENTATIVES OF MASS-MEDIA TO THE UKRAINIAN FASHION WEEK

To receive the badges for mass-media, which give the right to visit all events of Ukrainian Fashion Week, except parties (entrance to parties, which take place in frames of UFW, representatives of mass-media get according to the separate list made by Organizational Committee) you have to:
- receive the application for accreditation from the press-department of organizing committee of UFW by mail – 04070, Kyiv, Highway Naberezhne, (Prymakova park), ship UFW or download the application;
- fill all the points of the request, legibly write all contacts, sign it by the administration, put the seal and send it to the organizing committee of UFW by fax +38(044) 428 76 48;
- printed mass-media can get the accreditation for 1 journalist and 1 photographer only;
- for the representatives of television mass-media number of staff representatives will be discussed additionally;
- phone to the press-department of the organizational committee of UFW (+38(044) 428 76 47) to receive the confirmation of accreditation;
- after the confirmation of the accreditation send the photo of requested size and format of the journalists and photographers, (mentioned in the request) (300dpi, TIFF, JPEG) to the address yakusheva@ufw.kiev.ua.
- organizing committee has the right to refuse in the accreditation to Ukrainian Fashion Week, explaining the reason in the oral form;
- accreditation starts after the announcement press-conference (September, 18, 2009) and finishes in October, 9, 2009.
ATTENTION!
*Accreditation for new printed mass-media will be discussed only after the copy of the edition and presentation (.ppt) to the mentioned e-mails of the press-department of the organizing committee.
**In case of need an additional badge the organizing committee would consider each case separately.
